Return & Exchange Window

-   Duration  : We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days from the delivery date, with an additional 5-7 days for the product(s) to reach us after initiating the return.

-   Reverse Pick-Up  : We provide a reverse pick-up service. A Rs 100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted per order during the refund, regardless of the number of items in the order. For multiple items in a single order, only one Rs 100 deduction applies.

  Sale Items

-   Ineligible for Returns  : Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns.

-   Exchange for Size or Style  : Exchanges for a different size or style are possible based on availability.

 

  Pick-Up Attempts

-   Attempts and Self-Shipment  : Our courier partner will attempt to pick up your order twice. If unsuccessful, you'll need to ship the item(s) back to our warehouse. Note that reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.

 

  COD Orders

-   Refunds via Coupon  : For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a coupon equal to the paid amount will be issued within 1-2 working days post-return pickup, sent to your registered email/contact number.

  Condition of Returned Products

-   Return Condition  : Products must be returned in the original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. Poorly conditioned or visibly worn items will not qualify for a refund.

 

  Processing Time and Refunds

-   Refund Processing  : Allow 7 days for the return process and for the amount to reflect in your bank account. 

-   Refunds for Prepaid Orders  : Refunds and bank transfers apply to prepaid online orders only.

-   COD Orders  : COD payments will receive a coupon of equivalent value, redeemable on our website.

-   Shipping Charges  : Non-refundable on returns.

2.   Packaging Requirements  : Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit. Include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.

3.   Refunds for Self-Ship  : Upon receiving your return, we will refund the full amount plus Rs 100 for shipping costs, either to your bank (for prepaid) or as store credit (for COD), within 48 hours.
